Your privacy
Your answers are confidential and are reported as combined totals, never one by one. You are not asked to sign in, no name or email is required, and nothing about your device is recorded.
- No account, no sign in, and no email address. The access password is shared by everyone in your program, so it does not single you out.
- We do not record your IP address, your device, your browser, or your location. There are no analytics or tracking tools on this site.
- The time of your submission is rounded to the hour, so your answers cannot be matched to the moment you sat down.
- Your answers are saved only in your own browser until you press submit. If you close the page partway through, nothing is kept.
- Once submitted, your response is stored on its own, with no link back to the session that sent it.
- Results are reported as combined totals. Where a group is small, the report says so, so that a small number is read with care.
- Comment boxes are optional and are read by Milieu staff. Please leave out details you would not want a staff member to read, unless you want them to.
- Every question can be skipped.
